How to edit and print the Reading Tracker

First open up the Canva Template Link for the Reading Tracker.

Here is a video tutorial that will take you through the process.

The reading tracker is a trifold brochure.

You can change the color of the Reading Dragons Logo. Here is a link to the logos.

Drag and drop to replace the logo and the card images in the template.

You can add your library logo to the template.

There is space on the back of the tracker where you can add information on events and library programs.

On the inside is the tracker and instructions. Depending on how long you are running your program for, you can adjust how long your tracker runs.

Download and Print Instructions

1. To download the Reading Tracker from Canva click the Share button, then the Download button.

2. Change the file type to PDF Print.

3. Make sure all pages are selected.

4. Then press Download.

5. Open the Reading Tracker PDF

In the printer

1. Load Regular copy paper into the printer.

In the print menu

1. Copies: Type in how many copies of each page you want to print.

2. Collate: should be checked

3. Color: Color

4. Scale: Fit to Printable Area

5. Double-sided printing: Flip on short edge

6. Print

Fold into a trifold brochure.
